Admissions
At Matthew Arnold Primary School, we welcome nursery applications for children who are eligible for 15 hour funding. Our sessions are fixed and can times can be found below.
Admission forms for nursery can be collected from the main school office throughout the year and should be completed and returned as soon as possible.
Sessions Available
Morning Nursery: 8.40am until 11.40am - Monday to Friday
Afternoon Nursery: 12.30pm until 3.30pm - Monday to Friday

Attendance
Absence = Lost Learning
Matthew Arnold Primary School promotes good attendance and punctuality for all pupils. We recognise that regular attendance at Nursery is essential to raising standards and attainment and to ensure children reach their full potential. We believe that children cannot learn if they are absent from school. Therefore, we aim to ensure that all our children take full advantage of the education opportunities available to them and to raise standards by promoting regular attendance and punctuality of all pupils.
