Welcome to Year 4
Year four recently had a fantastic visit from United utilities , In geography we have been learning about the water cycle. united utilities taught us some fantastic things about how to save water and how water is recycled and cleaned. We also created a human water cycle in the classroom to show the process.
Class 4 dressed up as their favourite book character for world book day, we also brought in books that we have enjoyed reading and swapped them with other children.
In Mathematics we have been studying roman numerals. We have made some fantastic board games using our knowledge of Roman numerals.
We have been learning about the digestive system and our teeth. We put eggs into different juices to see the affect that they have on our teeth, we are observing them every afternoon to see any changes.
In History we have been studying the Vikings. We have made timelines of the Vikings life and we also made Viking longboats in DT.
