The successful candidate will work seamlessly with the Headteacher, staff and Governors to ensure inclusive learning for your pupils. the post is an excellent opportunity to extend or develop your leadership skills and will allow you to play a pivotal role in the dynamics of the school (irrespective of experience). Those with EYFS / nursery experience will be looked favourable upon.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, committed to the post and be able to make a significant contribution to the school. They will have the knowledge and skills of a good / outstanding teacher. They will also be reliable and a good timekeeper. It is also important to have a sense of humour and to show empathy towards the children. Their whole educational philosophy will be child centred. The post holder must hold relevant qualifications.
